What steps will we take in consultation and how will it work?
1. Initial contact:
- If you like, we can have a free 15-20 minute video call.
What will it be useful for? Well, to get to know each other and for me to introduce myself, for you to tell me how I can help you, and to start outlining what will be our possible goals in consultation. Of course, we’ll take the opportunity to resolve any doubts before starting. I encourage you to do it.
2. First consultation:
- In our first session, we will focus on conducting a complete anamnesis (1h-1h15m).
It will consist of an interview where we will create your clinical and dietary history, and gather all the relevant information in our case. Of course, we will also take into account lab tests, medical reports, medical tests, or physical measurements.
With this, I’ll have everything necessary to start working on your case and in about a week we can create our personalized nutritional plan.
Oh, I almost forgot, after this session, I will give you a dossier with relevant information for your case so you can start making changes from the very first moment.
3. Delivery session (1st follow-up consultation):
- This session will be held the following week, and a day before, I will deliver what will be our main nutritional plan, so we can review it together (30-40 min.).
I will explain everything that the material contains and how to put it into practice. After this, we will design our own “roadmap” that tells us what we are going to start working on and what we will work on in the following sessions. We will resolve all the doubts that may arise, and all that will be left is to get down to work with the steps we have decided to take.
4. Follow-up and subsequent reviews:
- From here on, we will see each other at each review to ensure everything goes as planned (30 min.)
Depending on what we have envisioned for your case, we will have the necessary review consultations to gradually ensure that we have achieved the goal set in the previous one, always open to the possibility that new priorities may arise. We will work on the new objective set for this session, with support materials to help us achieve it.
